Lets Try a Cup of Love:)
How we react when someone got angry on us,may be at the start we respond gently by understanding the situation but when the person keep on yelling at us we shout rather than understanding the opposite person we make the situation worse and tell them those silly things(which may belong to early talks) which usually deteriorate the relations.
And when someone ask us to chill and not react what we reply?
We tell them why I should understand always..tell me why?
And later on when we have been successful in making relations worse(Due to anger)we regret...Right?
And later on even if we try to make things same we can't...because sometimes Sorry is not sufficient to make relations same.we might have told opposite person those things or behaved so badly that they got hurted badly...damn badly:(
And then what we do?
We lost some beautiful relations which will never come back in our life:(
And how we console ourselves for this..we keep on telling ourselves that it have happened in the past (Ho gaya yar galti se ab me kya karu?)and I cant change that so why to regret for this..but deep Inside we regret...and even sometimes we start hating ourselves.
WHAT TO DO when things goes like that?
The only solution is Change thyself.
Its not easy but its not impossible.
It can only be achieved through practice.
Here's the beautiful example of why we respond in anger?
Imagine a scenario,
You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and shoves you or shakes your arm, making you spill your coffee everywhere. Why did you spill the coffee?*
"Well because someone bumped into me, of course!"
Wrong answer.
You spilled the coffee because coffee was in the cup.
If tea had been in it, you would have spilled tea.
Whatever is inside the cup is what will come out.
Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which will happen), whatever is inside of you will come out.
It's easy to fake it until you get rattled.
So we have to ask ourselves....what's in my cup?
When life gets tough, what spills over?
Joy, gratefulness, peace and humility?
Or anger, bitterness, harsh words and actions?
*You choose!*
Today let's work towards filling our cups with gratitude, forgiveness, joy, words of affirmation to yourself and others, kindness, gentleness, and love..
So lets Start to fill our Cup of life with full of gratitude, happiness and love:):)
